    1. Whisk together eggs, oil, and milk. Stir in the mix until smooth (a few lumps won’t hurt).

    2. Heat lightly greased griddle to 350 degrees.

    3. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake on griddle. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown. Flip and bake for another 1 to 2 minutes and enjoy!

  • To prepare waffles, double the amount of oil in the recipe. Preheat waffle iron and bake per appliance directions.

  • 8 cakes : 1 cup mix, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp oil, ¾ cup milk

    16 cakes: 2 cups mix, 2 eggs, ¼ cup oil, 1 ½ cups milk

    32 cakes: 4 cups mix, 4 eggs, ½ cup oil, 3 cups milk

    48 cakes: Entire mix, 6 eggs, ¾ cup oil, 4 ½ cups milk
